Eagle One Properties is a real estate brokerage in Business Bay, Dubai, working across sale, rental, and off-plan (pre-construction) properties in partnership with 12 major developers — Emaar, DAMAC, Nakheel, Sobha, and others.

A property search that finally treats sale, rent, and off-plan as the three different transactions they actually are in the Dubai market.

A search that matches how people actually shop
Dubai real estate isn't one market — sale, rental, and off-plan (pre-construction) are three different transaction shapes with different price scales, different buyer psychology, and different partners involved. A generic property listing setup treats them as one thing with a single price filter, which breaks the moment someone's comparing an AED 2,700,000 villa sale against an AED 15,000/year rental. The site also needed to convert a browsing visitor into a lead fast, and needed to visibly carry the credibility of the 12 developer partnerships the agency actually holds.
The RealHomes real estate theme configured on Elementor with three parallel price-bracket structures — sale runs AED 1,000 to AED 5,000,000+, rent runs AED 500 to AED 150,000 reflecting Dubai's annual-rent convention, and off-plan gets its own status filter entirely — layered under a full search across beds, baths, garages, area, agent, and keyword. WhatsApp click-to-chat sits in the header permanently, next to a lead form promising a callback within 15 minutes, and a dedicated partner strip puts all 12 developer logos in front of every visitor on the homepage.
Sale, rent, and off-plan each get their own price-bracket scale and status filter, instead of forcing a Dubai villa sale and a monthly rental through the same price dropdown.
Beds, baths, garages, area in square feet, assigned agent, free-text keyword, and direct property ID search all stack on top of the transaction-type split.
WhatsApp click-to-chat lives permanently in the header, and a "get a call within 15 minutes" form sits above the fold — a visitor never has to go looking for how to reach someone.
All 12 developer partner logos — Emaar, DAMAC, Nakheel, Sobha, and the rest — sit on the homepage itself, establishing legitimacy before a visitor even opens a listing.
A buyer comparing sale prices, a tenant comparing annual rent, and an investor comparing off-plan payment plans are having three completely different conversations with the same website. Treating them as one undifferentiated "property search" is the easiest way to lose all three.
